Musk has made several media appearances in popular programs like he smoked weed on Joe Rogan’s podcast and also appeared in Iron Man 2 as a cameo. The Simpsons has a special episode dedicated to him called “The Musk who fell to Earth”. He has also acted in The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon. So he is not a shy type of businessman. Pop singer Miley Cyrus has been a regular on Saturday Night Live show, and this will be her sixth appearance as a musical guest on the NBC series. Miley appeared in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2020 episodes of SNL.
This season will be historical due to the lineup of impressive hosts such as Academy Award nominees Carey Mulligan and Daniel Kaluuya, One Night in Miami director Regina King, Schitt’s Creek Emmy winner Dan Levy, and actor and filmmaker John Krasinski.

Reporting the news, Deadline.com said Musk “seems like a left-field choice for a sketch comedy show [but] has shown a quick wit in his online dealings with fans, foes and the like, so may have a few more surprises in store”.
Some fans were disappointed that they should allow someone sensible rather than a billionaire. One user commented that SNL should learn that hosts be kind, not someone who abuses the employees or spreads misinformation about the pandemic.
